You're probably all wondering why I didn't email yesterday. So, yesterday we had a huge mission activity, and we didn't get back home until about 5 pm. President Monestel gave the whole mission permission to email on Tuesday, since we didn't have time yesterday. We did the mission activity at a big horse jockey club here in Granada. It is called Cocibolca Jockey Club. We had a very similar activity last year in March. We played games, ate food, and each zone gave a show or presentation. The sun was bright and shining and today my face looks like a cherry!
I did not get transferred, so I am still here in Granada with Elder Ayala. We have a family baptism scheduled for this Saturday. Their names are José and Maritza. They have gone through a lot together to get to where they are now. They are both really excited for this weekend, so that they can get married and baptized!

This week was REALLY rainy. On Thursday especially we had to stay inside most of the day because the rain was ridiculous. There was a huge tornado on Lake Managua that I was lucky enough to take a picture of!

I have so many pictures to send you guys from the mission activity, the tornado, and other things. However, I left my camera in the house because I didn't want to walk around all day with it today. I will send you all the pictures next week. I only have one picture that Elder Ayala sent me from his camera.
I almost forgot to tell you! Sunday was the first time I got to see one of my converts bless the sacrament!!! It was such a great feeling. Hildebrando has progressed a ton in such short time. He is now the second counselor of the young men. He received the Aaronic Priesthood a few weeks ago, and is preparing to receive the Melchizedek priesthood. His testimony is so strong, because he has been so faithful in reading the scriptures and his church responsibilities!
Have a great week! Love you all.
